Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing (Industrial Plasters)
Job Location: Saraburi Plant 1, Nongkhae District, Saraburi
Report to: Industrial Plaster Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy for the plasters business, aligned with overall company objectives.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media) to generate leads and drive traffic to the website.
- Develop and manage marketing materials, including Technical Data Sheets (TDS), brochures, case studies, website content, and presentations.
- Lead and manage the business's participation in industry exhibitions (ceramic, industrial, and medical sectors).
Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies and vendors to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Build relationships with professors and academic institutions (e.g., Ceramic Faculty) to enhance brand visibility.
- Enhance brand awareness and promote Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Reporting and Budgeting:
- Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities and performance.
- Collect, analyze, and present data, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across digital, print, and trade show channels.
Marketing Activities:
- Organize ceramic exhibitions and prepare materials for trade shows in various countries.
- Coordinate with different business units for marketing support to promote compound business.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics (leads, website traffic, conversion rates) to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies in the industrial sector.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness.
- Budget management experience.
- Project management skills, with the ability to oversee campaigns from start to finish.
- Creative and strategic thinker, able to develop marketing solutions to meet business objectives.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Hindi) is an advantage.
- High flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Positive mindset, strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital channels, including social media, websites, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
