Cambodia Manager
Department: Sales
Job Location: Representative Office of The Siam Gypsum Industry (Saraburi) Co., Ltd., Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Report to: Head of Sales CLM and Export
Job Responsibilities:
Sales management – Cambodia
- Optimize contribution margins with volume, price, and product management in distribution, project, and modern trade channels.
- Utilize market intelligence information for maintaining a leading position and growing business opportunities.
- Build solid partnerships with key stakeholders, including SCG, internal BUs, customers, and other relevant parties.
- Manage sales operations with order planning and forecasting.
- Focus on customer-centricity with continuous improvement.
SG&A Management
- Plan and manage annual SG&A for effective operation and business growth.
- Coordinate with Export Marketing to prepare marketing budget to align with strategic action.
Budgeting, Strategic Review, and Reporting
- Develop business strategy for the budget year and long-term goals.
- Set annual budget and action plan with implementation and tracking.
- Provide monthly reports to update market situation and actions.
- Prepare other management reports as required.
Market Intelligence
- Gather and analyze the market situation that may affect the business, including environmental and competitor movements.
Logistics
- Collaborate with Logistic department and SCGI to manage the supply chain from order to delivery on time in full correctly.
Team Management
- Manage resources to suit the business direction.
- Lead and motivate the team to align with company core values and deliver the targets with situational leadership.
- Develop oneself and the team to have concrete core competency and advantageous skills that benefit the company.

- Business optimization in any circumstance (as aligned with Table of Authority).
- Team management to benefit business and people.
- Customer management

- Alternative commercial and technical solutions to improve the outcome.
Job Qualifications:
- Business or Marketing degree. Engineering or architectural degree are advantageous.
- Core skills required: Leadership, Strategic thinking, Commercial sense, Communication.
- Preferred qualification: Well planning, Problem solving, Interpersonal.
- Good at Microsoft office and able to learn new IT programs.
- Fluent in English communication. Khmer, Thai, and Chinese languages are advantageous.
- Take new challenges with initiatives and execution.
