Trade Promotion Support Officer (1-year contract)
Department: Sales (Sales Operations)
Job Location: Head Office, Pakin Building, Bangkok
Report to: Head of Sales Operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Support trade promotion activities by preparing and packing promotional items, catalogs, and ensuring timely delivery to customers and partners.
- Assist in executing trade marketing campaigns by collecting and organizing data for promotions, tracking inventory, and monitoring promotional stock levels.
- Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure smooth execution of promotions, manage data, and handle any related queries or documentation via Line OA.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate trade promotions, ensuring alignment with sales goals and marketing strategies.
- Source suppliers for promotional materials and compare pricing and services to ensure cost-effective solutions for trade promotions.
- Coordinate and issue purchase orders (PR), receive bills (GR/PRQ), and prepare settlement documents for payments related to trade promotion activities in the SAP system.
- Review purchase invoices, verify amounts, input data, generate reports, and seek approval for payments related to promotions and marketing expenses.
- Monitor and manage trade promotion budgets to ensure proper allocation and spending in line with campaign objectives.
- Occasional travel to upcountry for trade marketing events, market surveys, or promotional activities.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. A degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward resolving issues that may arise in daily operations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data, documents, and financial transactions.
- Interpersonal skills: Able to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Flexible and adaptable: Willing to take on new tasks and adjust to changing priorities as needed.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing events or market surveys.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
